Sugarflair French Blue 25g

Highly concentrated paste food colouring. All Sugarflair colours are fat free, nut free, gluten free, GM Free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Add to buttercream, royal icing, fondant, creams and cake mixes.

Ingredients: E422 Glycerol, Thickener: Silica E551, Colour: Brilliant Blue FCF, E133. Ponceau 4R, E124*.

Storage

Store at ambient room temperature.

Instructions

Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved.
